3000 Banners !

Intellibanners is basically a banner rotator provider site. That means that , with a single banner placeholder that you post, you can advertise more than one banner.

Its name is a reference to the fact that banner statistics like number of impressions, number of clicks are captured and displayed alongside click per impression as a percentage.

Thanks to recent changes at Intellibanners, a free member can now have 30 banner rotators, each of which can hold 100 banners. If my arithmethic is not failing me, that allows the member to advertise a whooping 3,000 banners.

You of course, do not have to create all 30 rotators, nor do you have to post 100 banners on anyone that you create.

Just one piece of advice, though. Always make sure that you allocate all 100% rotation rate to whatever number of banners you have on any rotator. Failing that, your rotator will fill in with the intellibanner rotator, a sort of downtime for your rotator. To make it clearer, if you have just 5 banners on a rotator, you may want to give each banner 20% allocation, totalling 100%.Even if you intend to later add banners, you must do that for the present and make necessary changes whenever you bring in the additional banner. If , for example, you allocate the banners only 10% each because you intend to bring in 5 more banners, you get only 50% total. During the remaining 50% exposure time, the banner merely advertises intellibanners, which is not your intention.

I expect that you would have been calculating the totals as you change the percentages because the altered totals are not displayed as you go. You do not have to trust your memory alone, however. Rather, go back and click the rotators link, sort of refreshing it. It is now displayed afresh with the updated total so that you can cross -check whether or not your totalling is correct and make necessary adjustments if it is not.

I am sure you want to join now and start making your banners go places !
